Al Farasha Lentil the Indian way

Ingredients

Tablespoon vegetable oil
Minced onion, finely chopped
¼ cup curry paste
1 Liter vegetable broth
400 g tomatoes cut into cubes
Three cup Al Farasha Lentil
¼ cup noodles
½ cup chopped

Warm the oil in a saucepan on the fire, then add the onion

Stir the pot until the onions are tender

Then add the curry paste and stir ingredients

Add the broth, tomatoes, Al Farasha Lentil and noodles

Cover the pot and leave the ingredients to boil for about 20-25 minutes until the ingredients is soft.

Mix the soup before serving if you like so you get a smooth mixture.

Decorate Al Farasha Lentil soup with the coriander then serve HOT
