1 spoon of Tatto Mitto Tomato Paste
1 medium onion, chopped finely
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Add onions and one teaspoon oil in a pot on the fire and stirring until the onion wilt,
Add the garlic, Tatto Mitto Tomato Paste, tomatoes, salt and pepper and leave on medium heat for half an hour.
Put in the mixer until it has a creamy textures and put on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the oregano, basil and oil then allowed it to cool and store it in a glass container in the refrigerator until use
